* 2021-09-22 - check runs when dx checkbox is checked, but also only checked for complete records, so would have almost never found something; updated check to run on incomplete records as well, but it will still only run when checkbox is checked, so essentially still checks only on completes...
* 2021-02-10 - limited check to TISS entries with dts >= 2020-12-07 ([[Change_to_collect_TISS_data_in_CCI_Picklist#Change_date]]) and only complete records; Julie asked for the vent status to be entered as part of [[Minimal Data Set]], but the mechanism might not be available until full chart review later.
