*Since the [[Dispo field]] identifies that a patient died, and data collectors are recording all relevant diagnoses already, there is no specific need for us to identify death as a diagnosis, particularly (as here) the specific medical diagnosis is unknown.  Thus, although this ICD10 code of I46.1 had been used, on January 11, 2023 we decided to remove it from future use.
