The forms are backed up from the scanner PC to X:\TISS28\ExportData\Images
This share has a sub-folder for each batch that has been processed.  Currently there are two types of batch numbers:
*a) e.g. 00002421_old  (numeric with txt)
*b) e.g. 00001222 (numeric)
**Any folders with the suffix:  "_old" is pre-Windows7.  The Windows 7 upgrade involved upgrading Teleform.  The Teleform upgrade caused a reset of the sequence of batch numbers.  All code in the TISS28 DB has been updated and is fully operational for this change.  All batches going forward are only numeric.

There are two methods that can be used to locate an image.  Simply by serial number - this is the serial number entered on the form at the hospitalThere are duplicate serial numbers and this method will return all potential matches but will show the following information:
**Apr 13, 2017 to Dec 4, 2018: able to link from tiss28.mdb to scanned image folder on X.  (batch 2999-5891).
*Site
**? to Apr 11, 2017" not able to link from tiss28.mbd to the scanned image folder on X. (batch 200-2998)
*Unit
**2013-2015: not able to link form tiss28.mbd to the scanned image folder on X. (not details for dates because some of the 2015 scanned files somehow are mixed into the 2019 scanned batches)
*Serial
*Batch No
*First Date
*Image File - with the option to open and view the file (click the button next to this field on the form)

An alternate method is to search based on a combination of: Site + Unit + Serial (aka D_ID)
Exception - Images not stored as usual after conversion to W10 Dec 2018
*Dec 31.18 - noticed that digital images of scanned TISS forms in Teleform are no longer being stored anywhere. (screen shot as per email sent on this date) ----Trish
*Jan 4.18 - Tina just had a look at this with Trish, and I think that error is one of those misleading ones. It turns out the image files are not actually being stored after processing. They used to be, and we need them to be, because we regularly refer back to them. Having an electronic version is why we are able to destroy the paper forms, so we need these. I assume there is a setting in Teleform where you set whether to keep data after processing, and where to keep it. Could you have a look?---Tina
*Trish to remind Herman/Tina in few weeks to look at this.  For now, paper forms from scan batch one onward, will be kept on file until in office.Trish Ostryzniuk 13:55, 2019 January 3 (CST)
** We will keep these forms in paper which is an exception to the normal process of having them as an image.  It affect some, not all of Nov and Dec 2018 TISS forms
