*In medicine, if a patient comes from another hospital for example from Gimli ER, then the pt goes to the ER at your hospital, do you put the Gimli code in the '''hospital previous''' slot? I assume for medicine that the '''admit from''' would still need to be '''from ER''' at your own hospital in order to capture the moves and delays. If a patients admitted from a hospital outside the city, province or country, a value needs to be entered into this field.

If a patient is admitted from another hospital's ER via ER at your hospital and Medicine has accepted the patient as a direct admission then enter a tmp entry as per instructions in [[ER Wait]].
