The Pat_ID field contains a unique-per-laptop identifying number for patient ward admissions. See Serial number.
Pat_ID is used in CCMDB.accdb. In CFE / Centralized_data.accdb, D_ID is the equivalent. D_ID is the combination of the Service/Location and the Pat_ID.
Tables
- Used by CCMDB.accdb, where it is the primary identifier.
- Used by Centralized_data.accdb, where it is only kept in L_Log table for reference.
