* yy-mon-dd HH:mm (eg. 16-04-25 17:03) is used sometimes to save space, e.g. admit and discharge display on top of patient viewer
== Date Format in CCMDB.accdb, front-end and other .mdbs ==
* yyyy-month-dd (1960-Jan-01) is used in some places, eg DOB, tmp date,  in Patient viewer (any objections if I make it e.g. 1960-01-01 for consistency?)

* A 24-hr clock is used.
