#Transfer ready time for comfort care ICU patients. Who has been following the posted special guidelines on wiki which call for a transfer ready times for patients who have comfort care ordered? I have only been putting the transfer ready time if they are transferred to the ward as comfort care. I haven't been putting the time the ACP-C is ~~ordered for those patients who die in the ICU and where never intended to be transferred to the ward~~[[~~User:GHall|GHall~~]] 13:59, 2015 June 9 (CDT)
