I have only been putting the transfer ready time if they are transferred to ~~the ward as [[Comfort Care]]. I haven't been putting the time the ACP-C is ordered for those patients who die in the ICU~~ and ~~where never intended~~ to ~~be transferred~~ to ~~the ward--~~[[User:~~GHall~~|~~GHall~~]] 13:59, 2015 June 9 (CDT)
