I think you really mean the [[EPR]] in general. We should probably review that page and the local ones since we use it rather more specifically now than when we first started. Actually, what we probably want is a page for [[EPR Reports]]. Or do we need specific pages for specific reports that we use, so we can link to them? Ttenbergen 16:11, 2019 May 17 (CDT)}}

The ward ADT log books and forms always existed on units.  The only role that the Database Program had with these forms was to collaborate with managers to standardize meet both unit and Data Collector needs when the Database Program started on the units.
