Hospices are palliative/end-of-life care facilities, relevant to the program as admit/discharge locations

If a patient is admitted from (ie [[Previous Location]]) or discharged to (ie [[Dispo]]) a hospice, code as the appropriate entry from the [[s_dispo table]]~~.
