ICD-10, the International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems 10th Revision (ICD-10) is a coding system for diseases and signs.

All diagnoses we code can be found in [[ICD10 Diagnosis List]].

Codes are collected following the [[ICD10 collection]] instructions.
