====Sending Process====
*Done once per month
*Key patient identifiers from CCMDB are sent to MH to find matches on the following fields:  PHIN, last name, first name, DOB and Gender.
*Goal: to send once per month.
*Information is by Pagasa to Dave Silva?
*Data is sent in batches, one from Medicine and another from ICU.
*Data is zipped with a password and sent by courier to MHSC.
