* I have changed the label for [[DOB]] to no longer be a link and instead have a link icon next to it. How does that work for everyone? I'd like to get this right for one field before I update the others, because changing all fields again later would be tedious. Thoughts?

Most of the fields in CCMDB.accdb link to the CCMDB wiki via the next to the field label. This provides immediate access to documentation on how, exactly, to use a field. This is useful as part of the Critical Care and Medicine Database Core Curriculum, but also to stay up to date, and to make it a little bit more likely that nuanced instructions may be followed.
