*AG REPLY --- This is a judgement call.  You certainly could expect that someone with THIS code should also have a code of [[Respiratory failure (insufficiency), chronic]], but I feel less strongly of the absolute NEED for that, than I am to say that if you have THIS code, you should definitely NOT also have [[Respiratory failure (insufficiency) NOS, acute]].
