*Use this code ONCE each day that any amount of albumin, of any concentration, is given. That is, for albumin we only track the number of separate DAYS it is given. There are multiple different concentrations of albumin, and we don't want to track this, so counting units makes no sense, which is why we count this as count days instead of count units like the other transfusions.

*{{DA|I would prefer to count units instead of days if possible.  It is more consistent to the transfusion section and easier to just count them as we see them.  Counting days is actually more difficult because it is not always clear which units carried over into other days and if it should be counted for two days then.  Just having us count any albumin (5 or 25%) would work better for me.  Not sure what everyone else thinks. --[[User:LKolesar|LKolesar]] 14:40, 2019 January 14 (CST) }}
