# check if the to and from fields tell you that this was a '''wrong location''', confirm via [[Finding a patient in EPR]] what the location should be

# check the serial number part of [[D_ID]] to see if one is ''similar'' to the one on the TISS form; if so, follow [[Fixing a D ID in TISS28.accdb]] and change the TISS D_ID to the one from [[CFE]]
