This is for the QI/QA review of all deaths in cardiac surgery at STB ICCS. Included in the list of deaths are the Chart#, age, APACHE Score, the Admit and Discharge Dates, Admit ~~diagnoses~~, Acquired ~~diagnoses~~, procedures and comorbidities.

# ICCS patients under the care of ICCS Service staying in ICCS beds or in overflow beds (e.g. PARR, [[SBGH_L2]]HA, etc.) and

# ICCS patients overflow in ICMS unit being taken care by ICMS Team (i.e. ICUOtherService 'ICCS under MICU service') and

# ICCS patients overflow in ICMS unit being taken care by ACCU Team (i.e. ICUOtherService 'ICCS under ACCU service') and

# Patients having Services from SBGH Cardiac / Cardiac Surgery or SBGH Critical Care / Cardiac Surgery starting Oct 2020 and

# Had cardiac surgery coming from OR to ICCS.

# Exclude ACCU or ICMS patients overflowing in ICCS unit being taken care by ICCS Team (i.e. ICUOtherService 'ACCU / MICU under ICCS service').

This definition is more specific than our usual [[STB Cardiac Care patients]], so we were not able to just use that definition.
