[[Category: Work Schedule Information]]
Note as of April 29,2011
I have decided that I will post a DAILY work rotation/vacation planner on the Regional Server next week.  Right now you must check with Pagasa or me if you need to review your vacation paid days vs number of work days.  The daily planner will give you a visual about how you must plan your required shifts ahead of time each week in every 4 week rotation when there is:
a. vacation weeks scheduled & how many vacation days paid &
b. stats to contend with

(please don't rely on printed out rotations because they change).

Vacations earned is divided up amongst weeks vacation entitled to and days are paid the same way that the number of minimum shifts required per week in 4 week rotation for your EFT.  Staff with flex hours though, must adjust the number of regular shifts they worked in a week before or after vacation based on number of vacation days paid in that week they are away..    Those that have odd number EFT (55, 65 etc) work a combination of 3 or 4 day weeks in a 4 week rotation.  A Vacation week is paid the same way however, regular working shifts must be adjusted ahead of time,  in regards to if you are being paid a 4 days or 3 days during your vacation week(s).    When stats fall on a week you take vacation then number of regular days worked vs number of vacation days paid need to be adjusted.  Example, if you work 13 shift in 4 week rotation and you are being paid a 4 days of vacation in the week off and there are 2 stats, like this weekend, then one vacation paid day must be included in the next weeks rotation.
