If their test outcomes is negative and the patient moves back to another medicine ward we collect on, then we discharge from D4_C and admit to other medicine ward we collect on as a new profile. D4_C is not a boarding location for suspect covid.

*Continue with the serial numbers assigned to D4_C, serial numbers for D4_C should begin with 150
