We have observed that scanning more than ~10 pages at a time can lead to a smudge/line showing up in the scanned image, requiring re-scans. To avoid this:

* nothing to do with over using the machine sometimes the smudge show up randomly in a batch, if I do the next batch no smudge or line.

When a larger batch is scanned, the first few pages are OK, and then the line starts to show up. Pagasa will follow up with the printer people at eHealth about this. }}
* Its been a while that I don't see any line on the Tiss form anymore and also i were able to scanned  more tiss forms ex. 10.
