The record is used to make sure entering procedures wasn't just forgotten (see [[L_CCI_subform#CCDMB_Data_Integrity_Checks_-_Must_have_at_least_one_entry]]).

This is a special code: it is '''entered as an [[Admit Procedure]]''' when a patient has '''no''' [[Admit Procedure]]s or [[Acquired Procedure]]s. It is used by [[Query check CCI if no then none]] to make sure [[CCI Collection]] instructions were followed and entering procedures was not simply forgotten.
