This article provides general information about collecting and coding a CCI Procedure.
They are entered in CCMDB.mdb in the Patient viewer tab CCI on the Patient viewer tab CCI.
There are some ICD10 Diagnoses and CCI Codes that need to be coded together.
Collection Instructions
Follow these steps, in this order:
- if no procedures were performed, enter No procedure performed into the L CCI Picklist subform, the top of the tab.
- for every procedure,
- check if an entry exists in the L CCI Picklist subform, the top of the tab, and enter there
- otherwise, construct an entry using the two fields in the L CCI Component subform at the bottom of the tab, and enter there
- Template:Discussion what if it can't be found? Is there an NOS? Ttenbergen 22:38, 2018 February 6 (CST)
Reporting
Template:CCMDB Data Integrity Checks - Must have at least one entry
Template:Discussion Will need to be implemented: do click complete, must have a other than No procedure entered; code No procedure performed if there were no procedures.
