Admit

Procedures that occur before the Arrive DtTm.

Procedures should be coded as admit procedure if they occurred recently or are directly related to the admission. Use your judgment.

Procedures prior to admission

Enter previous surgery if directly related to current admission. If dates are known, enter them, but don't go searching for them.

Acquired

Procedures that occur after Arrive DtTm and before Dispo DtTm
