*intubation (is on TISS)

*tracheostomy insertion (is on TISS)

*PEG insertion

*central line insertions (do we need to differentiate between PICCs, Vasc.caths, regular CL's, etc. They all look the same in component CCI).

*cardioversion - already added to pick list.
