{{discussion}} Is there a limit to how far back we need to put in CXR's, scans, etc?  If the pt was on the ward and they did tests there and was there for several days then they decide to operate.  The pt then has a post op aspiration and needs ICU care. Do we need all the preliminary CXR's and CT's related to the surgery or just the ones related to the aspiration? In other words, do we just put in the tests '''directly''' related to the reason for admission to the ICU or medicine ward?
