Lab Collection Process
- The old version of counting labs has been replaced by the coding of procedures using a subset of the Canadian Classification of Health Interventions (CCI).
- See Converting Lab Counts to CCI.
- If a patient has no procedure entries by the end of their stay, enter No procedure performed in the picklist.
Labs done on route
- See Admit Procedure for CCI collection guidelines within 48 hrs before admission.
