*Admission sheets are located in a binder next to the photocopier at the main desk, old sheets are filed in the back of the binder.
*The Transition coordinator book is located either at the main desk beside Leah, or in the nurses conference room on the big table
*please note after entering patients in the transition coordinator book, there is an orange sheet taped to the wall by the door, please write the room number of the new "red" patient with the date and allied health service responsible for following the patient
*the colored dots are kept in the front of the TC binder, when running low, please let Leah know and she will reorder

*Charts are located in the physicians room, right next to the nurses conference room, on rolling carts
*thinned/old charts are located next to the active charts on a rolling cart
*Physician rounds start at 0900, allied health rounds start at 0900 in the nurses conference room
