The master diagnosis table for your PDA on the regional server got corrupted. Everyone who synced between ~3pm Sep 15 and ~10am Sep 16 would have pulled down the corrupted version. I have restored a correct version. Whether or not you are having problems, a clean table will get downloaded to your PDA next time you sync.

I am still looking into the cause.

The ~~new version of~~ the ~~data collection Access program CCMDB~~.~~mdb has been to '''everyone'''. When it stable we will be able to make some further improvements that should both improve data quality~~ and ~~reduce~~ the ~~number of calls you get from Pagasa.~~
