+**Laura K sent data today. Five "none audit" serial numbers went into TMPV2_1_audit.mdb.  They should not have gone in there. They were also sent to TMPV2_1.mdb which is the correct place for it.

+**found GRA N5 serial 111 - move data in TMPV2_1.mdb which was sent today. Found out that MaryLou (covering N5) sent the audit file amongst her regular CSV batch that is why move data and task data in missing from TASK_audit.mdb & TmpV2_1_audit.mdb.
+**Grace LOCATION for audit 111 was GRA_N5.  Should be GRA_N3.  Collectors default location to their sites and when doing an audit and forget to change location for the patient they are auditing to the site that is being audited.

Joyce must have had location of audit 111 as SICU instead of MICU then she fixed that is why there is data sent to tmpv2 audit.
