**I think if it is possible, it would be helpful to have a blank note area on the first page of access for the individual patient, people could leave a short note about questions they still had about the patient. For example, in MICU there may be a pt that the diagnosis is still unclear as they are waiting for further tests or results. You don't want to enter a wrong diagnosis so a note could be left with possible diagnostics that need verification. Papers can be lost but leaving the note right on the patient profile in access would be secure and would bring attention to the issue before sending to ensure all questions were verified. --[[User:LKolesar|LKolesar]] 13:37, 16 April 2010 (CDT) | |||
