 ** Yes I get this error sometimes and I just continue on and it goes away. Lois

These "non post-op" entries are automatically assigned a priority of "0" which then ranks them higher than the surgical procedure with priority "1" already assigned.  I enter the priority before entering a non post-op diagnosis as an admit diagnosis to avoid getting the error message.[[User:Mlaporte|Mlaporte]] 15:59, 6 September 2011 (CDT)

+*** Does anyone think it would be helpful if I defaulted to some priority other than 0, say 9? That if anything new was entered it would default to being less important or later, which is likely to be the case.
