-* Next scenario all minimal data set entered except pt location on the first line (Concordia MICU entered in minimal data set).  Again wrote in notes field and then when I went to enter pt actual location from dropdown –ie MR ICU ward,etc that is when the prompt popped up.  It seems that entering into the note field is what triggered the error in both cases.
-Error triggered by editing notes section. Notes section was set to run the checker for all fields because some fields require a note to validate; will run only those checks now.

 sometimes when I am making additional entries to the pharm flow sheet, my previous entries disappear.  For example, I may put in heparin subcut for 4 days then later when I am entering ranitidine for 3 days, the previous heparin entry number has disappeared.
