Right now postal codes have to be entered for all patients before any patients can be sent, ie. even for patients not being sent today. This is because the initial plan for this data was to help identify patients at risk of overstay, and to use this in patient care. Getting the data later would have done no good there. However, we will not now use the data for this purpose.
