Most but not all entries are in one of the following categories or their sub-categories:

Data Collection Guide now on the wiki

The entire contents of the data collection guide are now on the wiki. The Coding guide is in the works. Collectors welcome to contribute.

Organization of Information

This wiki was implemented because we identified a need to improve communication for the CCMDB and to centralize where we keep our documents. To make sure we all have the same understanding of how we will communicate with this wiki, please read and contribute to Communication via this wiki.

For more information on editing pages, see the Editing Tips.

As this wiki is growing (now at 7,167 entries), the easiest way to find information is to use the "search" bar on the left side. To see a list of recent changes, click on the "Recent Changes" link in the navigation panel on the left.

If you can not find information you are looking for, it might not have been added yet. In that case, make a new entry and add it to the Category:Questions category. There are instructions at that link on how to do this. Anyone is also encouraged to keep an eye on that category and to answer or further qualify.

Critical Care Review

For information about the review of the Critical Care side of the database that is currently (April 08 onwards) going on please check the article Critical Care Review Group .
