I have a number of staff who are not following the process for new and backups outlined below. I am reminding all staff that this is required to be done in this job and I will be monitoring it. There is no reason that I should be seeing a backup only once per week at sending date only unless on vacation or sick. There are alot of projects going on and also database redevelopment and it requires the cooperation of staff. Main office should not be chasing staff to do their backups!
