** I kept the editing interface as wide open as possible for the data processor to make sure that whatever unexpected things we may ask her to do, she can do. If we want something tighter, we will need to decide what that would be.  
Here are the steps
* ICU variables should be unavailable for med records and vice versa. Easiest would be to change the patient viewer and put program-specific data into their own tab. Could leave both tabs available for editing or hide one depending on value in r_location. Thoughts?
#Open the patient list

#go to Home tab. Select, advanced filter option on the top of the screen
#Select: advance filter/sort
#From the patient list table, I add the following to the FIELDS for the query: FirstName, LastName amd Phin number.
#I select the sorting criteria for FN & LN as ascending.  
#For the PHIN field I manually type in a “specific” PHIN number
#Then I go to HOME, and click a button says apply filter
#Select a patient through the binoculars
#Go to Diagnosis tab
#ADD a complication
#Select the “?” to access the diagnosis list

We changed the PatientList form so it doesn't requery automatically every time an edited patient is closed and the form is reactivated. Pagasa is testing to find out if this improves speed sufficiently. Ttenbergen 13:50, 2014 March 12 (CDT)
