connection from HSC

I am able to get a view-only connection via plain FTP but when I try FireFTP and UniversalSync that would allow uploading it fails. Launched eHealth ticket... Ttenbergen 11:48, 2014 November 20 (CST)

Wiki Backups are done by Tina Tenbergen every 2 months and stored at X:\wiki_backups

Login and contact info for the wiki hosting company is at Y:\wikis (accessible to the Quality and Process Engineering Group

• log into Control Panel
• backup files
  • Account Management -> Create/Restore Backups
  • download the file to Y:\wikis\backups
  • delete the file on the server, we don't have space for it there
• backup database
  • Domain Management -> MySQL Management
  • Right-click "Download", "Save Link as" for each Database, save in X:\wiki_backups
    • neurohsc_mw1 = neuro
    • neurohsc_mw2 = ccmdb
    • neurohsc_mw3 = sleep
