The "email collector about patient data" button button in CFE will launch the standard_email_chooser to automatically generate a question email to a data collector as part of vetting.
The email is pre-populated with the chosen email body and the same snipped as generated by the "copy patient demographics for questioning" button. Trish Ostryzniuk is added to the CC field.
The body of the email and the date/time it was sent is added to the L_Communication_Notes table.
The RecordStatus field is automatically set to "questioned" when the send button is pressed on the email form.
The button is used by the data processor during vetting to communicate with collectors about questionable data. See also "copy patient demographics for questioning" button.
