* What should we code for this in ICD10? I have found several different codes that are sort of similar, eg. Delirium, not due to drugs or alcohol,  delusional disorder,  psychosis/psychotic disorder, NOS, acute or chronic. Should this be combined with Iatrogenic, complication of medical or surgical care NOS? How will Julie search delirium for Quality control? (Lois)
