***This doesn't really answer my question. Dialysis is unique to the other codes, because it can be a chronic pre-admission issue. If they have been dialyzed for years, but were admitted three days after their most recent dialysis, then according to these rules, we would code dialysis as an acquired procedure.[[User:Mlagadi|Mlagadi]] 08:01, 2018 July 30 (CDT)
