Proposed Notes field default: Difference between revisions

* I totally agree with Michelle. I put the "read to" date and time absolutely first, so that when I go to review charts after the first time, I will sort my list by notes. When I put the date and time in first it shows on the list, so I can see it. If this were to change, then I would no longer be able to sort the list, and be able to easily see that date and time. I also agree with Michelle in that the medicine collectors have no use for the tiss, pharmacy, and '''labs'''. In fact, for us medicine collectors, that would just clutter up the notes field. ** Tsk. I always try to make both medicine and CC happy, and it's far from obvious that it can't be done. Well, except maybe that it is impossible to make some people happy, period, but I don't really want to think that way :-). Doing your own thing means whoever has to cover doesn't know what's going on. The question comes up again and again, so other collectors are finding this an issue. * I am trying to set the ''default'', but what is edited after that would be pretty flexible. So, I could put the TISS line first if that helps the ICU folks. Since that line would not be required by Medicine, they could just delete it, which would then put the general date at the top (where it would show without opening notes). Would that work for everyone?
