	* I am trying to set the ''default'', but what is edited after that would be pretty flexible. So, I could put the TISS line first if that helps the ICU folks. Since that line would not be required by Medicine, they could just delete it, which would then put the general date at the top (where it would show without opening notes). 			* Just a suggestion: instead of "read to" use "r/v" and "tiss" these words alone should suffice and it leaves more room in the first line for other important entries that are specific to the patient.
