If any records are listed, delete the form (see #How to resolve and delete a duplicate Tiss form during import) and then re-scan.

That link didn't resolve... what is it that is actually done here?

Could fix these one by one, but usually it's quickest to just re-scan.

is it really true that a re-scan is quicker than Deleting a duplicate record from the TISS pre-import file?
