Received go-ahead from Trish to make the output for "Autopsy" '''false''' always. Once the currently testing version is rolled out data collectors will be able to stop collecting autopsy. The option will remain on the books for now, but "expired - no autopsy" and "expired - autopsy" will now be treated the same.
