The "transfer register" EPR report is used only to track intrafacility transfers, EMIPs, and Overs as this report is a fixed list and can be lengthy. Any queries have to be individually searched on STB EPR to vet: ie. rule in, rule out, and for determination of false negatives and false positives prior to entering a profile onto the data collection log and into the database.
