| Charts are in "rolling carts" main desk area. Discharge charts may be found in a wire basket in the Doctors' Charting room. The basket is on the upper right hand shelf over the computers.

| Colour dots for Overstay project may be found on one of the shelves over the patient charts, if not, they are kept in a large pull-out, lower drawer to the right of the main desk.
