Date and Time Format: Difference between revisions

m no need to change to ISO sometime the odd formats we use work better for us; currently using specifically discussed formats in different places.

In sortable lists attempt to use yyyy-mm-dd (numerical month) with a 24-hr clock because it will sort right. Same applies for file names.

* yy-mon-dd HH:mm (eg. 16-04-25 17:03) is used sometimes to save space, e.g. admit and discharge display on top of patient viewer
* yyyy-month-dd (1960-Jan-01) is used in some places, eg DOB, tmp date,  in Patient viewer (any objections if I make it e.g. 1960-01-01 for consistency?)
