*Encountered a scenario in comorb dx list whereby [[Past history, removal of organ NOS]] combined with 1) [[Disorder of spleen, NOS]] then a separate entry combined with 2) [[Postpartum hemorrhage]] for the removal of two different organs triggered the duplicate ICD error. Should this code be added to the exclusion list or coded differently? Thanks!
