**Unfortunately no, and records do not reappear after a News and Back Up either. Hopefully any "disappeared records" reappear with the next Cognos data update. [[User:Ppiche|Pamela Piche]] 12:06, 2022 April 13 (CDT) | |||

The following error intermittently happens:
"Err in Sub CognosDependentFormsRequery. No current record."
It intermittently happens in the following scenarios:
- after entering an admission profile using CSS, when the "close with updates" button is clicked; when "OK" is clicked upon, the collector is returned to the main CSS list; however, any remaining unentered admissions all disappear.
- when the “exclude patient button” was clicked upon after starting a patient profile using CSS on the S4 laptop; was booted to main page and CSS had remaining profiles missing

Work-around
The missing CSS records show back up if you close and open the CSS form.
