** Just wondering whether this is confusing or counterintuitive as there are actual Deer Lodge and RHC dispo locations, especially for new collectors. In the [[Chronic Health Facility]] article it only speaks to admissions from PCH part of Deer Lodge (and RHC) however there is no reference to Deer Lodge and RHC as a dispo location. If the pre-acute living situation is coded as PCH, then does it matter that the patient is discharged to Deer Lodge or RHC as a dispo location in these instances? Is this detail desired; should we consult with Julie?

* We have discussed this at TASK in 2019 here is the final decision that was made - (Long discussion about if/how to split up the different types of beds at Riverview and Deer Lodge. Specifically, there are PCH beds and non-PCH beds. At Riverview the latter include chronic vent beds, rehab beds, and palliative care beds. After discussion we agreed that the only distinction we will have in those 2 places will be between the PCH beds and all other non-PCH beds, which we will call “Chronic Health Facility” beds. Likewise, St Amant, Selkirk Mental Health Centre and hospices will be considered to be Chronic Health Facility beds. Chronic Health Facility was updated to reflect this.) I will update it to include that when discharged to a PCH bed at Riverview or Deerlodge that the correct dispo location would be Winnipeg, PCH I will also double check with Julie.
